Release/Indemnification: For myself or individuals attending with me, as a vendor or a sponsor, using a facility and attending an event of Saint Theresa Catholic School a 501(c)3, I hereby waive any claim against Saint Theresa Catholic School and its agents, servants and employees hereafter arising from injuries sustained while participating in or using said facilities to myself or said individuals. I do covenant to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Saint Theresa Catholic School, its agents, servants and employees from any claim, damages on demand hereafter arising out of any injury to myself or said individuals regardless of whether such injury to said individual or to myself is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Saint Theresa Catholic School or by the negligence of the agents, servants and employees of the Saint Theresa Catholic School. STS will not be responsible for harm, due to unauthorized use of your logo and or corporate identity by third parties, without limitation, unauthorized reproduction and tampering. STS will not be liable for systems failure, or for technological failure of any kind , or any other cause outside our control; nor should we be liable to you or any third parties for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, of any kind including without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profits or loss of business arising from this agreement or relating to the obligations thereunder.
