2026 — 2027 School Year Application Process*:
- October 27 – 31: Application opens for Siblings of Current STS Students
- November 5: General Application opens.
- Monday, January 5, 2026: Deadline to submit New Student Applications
- Saturday, January 10, 2026: Testing for Incoming Pre-K3 students. By Appointment Only, after application has been processed
- Saturday, January 24, 2026: Testing for Incoming Pre-K4 students. By Appointment Only, after application has been processed
- Saturday, January 31, 2026: Testing for Incoming Kinder students. By Appointment Only, after application has been processed
- Saturday, January 31, 2026: Testing for Incoming 1st Grade students, 9:30am. By Appointment Only, after application has been processed
- Saturday, February 7, 2026: Testing for Incoming 2nd – 8th Grade students.

The following documents are required at the time of application. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
- Birth Certificate
- Applicable Sacramental Records (Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation)
- Grades (Previous Year’s Complete Report Card and Current Year’s Report Card)
- Any Standardized Testing taken
- Pastor’s Letter of Recommendation (If not a member of COTLF)
- Teacher’s Letter of Recommendation
- Family Picture
